Our approach
EzTravel aims to follow WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a practical product standard. The interface uses semantic controls, keyboard-accessible interactions, visible focus, text alternatives for meaningful images, responsive layouts, status announcements, and form labels. This statement is a commitment and does not claim third-party certification.
Known limitations
Maps, supplier-provided hotel imagery and descriptions, embedded Stripe payment fields, and some complex travel results depend partly on third-party content. We continue to test these workflows and provide a non-map path where practical.
Request help or report a barrier
Email support@ezbuyco.com with the page, task, browser or assistive technology, and a description of the problem. Do not include card, password, passport, or medical information. We will work with you on an accessible way to obtain information or complete the supported task.
Ongoing review
Accessibility should be checked during design, automated testing, keyboard testing, screen-reader testing, and release acceptance. Findings and remediation dates should be documented before launch and after material interface changes.
