Terms of Service
The terms for searching, booking, and managing travel with EzTravel.
These Terms form an agreement between you and EzBuyCo when you access EzTravel or submit a booking.
Effective August 4, 2026 · Version 2026-08-04 · support@ezbuyco.com
1. Who operates EzTravel
EzTravel is operated by EzBuyCo. EzTravel provides a search, checkout, account, and support interface. The airline, accommodation, or other travel provider identified during checkout supplies the travel service. Stripe processes card payments and Duffel provides travel inventory and booking connectivity.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and recovery links, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you report compromise. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity.
3. Search results and availability
The AI travel manager interprets search text and can misunderstand an incomplete or ambiguous request. When you allow location access, the selected nearby departure airport can also be inaccurate or may not be the airport you prefer. It does not provide or verify availability, schedules, or prices. Those results come from travel suppliers after the interpreted details are submitted. Search results are not offers or reservations. Prices, schedules, inventory, room features, baggage, taxes, fees, and cancellation terms can change until the supplier confirms the booking. Photographs, ratings, descriptions, and amenities may be supplied by third parties. Review the interpreted departure airport, route, dates, time limits, and final checkout details instead of relying on an earlier search card.
4. What a checkout purchases
Each final review identifies the flight, hotel stay, or combined trip being purchased; the travelers or guests; the current supplier terms; the amount charged now; known amounts due later; and anything the provider identifies as excluded. A cart or saved trip is not itself a reservation. The final accepted review controls if it conflicts with an earlier display.
5. Price refresh and authorization
EzTravel refreshes the supplier price before requesting payment authorization. When checkout expressly offers it and you select the acceptance box, you authorize a supplier-price increase of no more than USD $20 during that checkout session. A larger increase or a material itinerary or policy change requires new approval. Your bank may display an authorization hold before capture. EzTravel captures only after the supplier booking is confirmed; the issuer controls when a released hold disappears.
6. Supplier terms
Your booking is also subject to the supplier’s fare or rate rules shown at checkout, including change, cancellation, baggage, check-in, identification, conduct, occupancy, deposit, and no-show requirements. Supplier rules can be more restrictive than EzTravel’s general policies. You are responsible for passports, visas, health requirements, transit permissions, and arriving on time.
7. Cancellations, changes, and refunds
The Refund and Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Refund eligibility depends primarily on the accepted supplier rules and applicable law. Do not make a duplicate booking while a confirmation is processing. Contact support promptly for cancellations, schedule changes, duplicate or unfamiliar charges, or a booking that appears incomplete.
8. Business travel
Company owners and administrators control membership, roles, travel policies, approvals, and internal allowances. Those allowances are booking controls—not stored money, credit, or a guarantee of reimbursement. Travelers remain responsible for accurate traveler details and supplier compliance. A company is responsible for its invitations, administrators, employee notices, and lawful handling of reports about its users.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse credentials or invitation links; scrape or automate the service without permission; interfere with security or availability; submit fraudulent, speculative, duplicate, or abusive bookings; impersonate another person; upload malicious code; or use EzTravel in violation of law or supplier rules. We may rate-limit, suspend, or block activity reasonably believed to create security, fraud, provider, or legal risk.
10. Service availability
We work to provide accurate and available services, but internet, payment, supplier, airline, accommodation, weather, labor, governmental, and other systems can fail or change. To the extent permitted by law, EzTravel is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EzBuyCo is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses or for acts and omissions of independent travel suppliers. Any limitation is subject to mandatory consumer protections and does not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Privacy, changes, and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, and our Cookie and Storage Policy describes browser storage. We may update these Terms prospectively and will post a new effective date. The terms accepted for an existing booking continue to govern that transaction. Questions or notices may be sent to support@ezbuyco.com.
